These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Livitoto (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Livitoto online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://livitoto.cam and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

Livitoto operates as a premier online entertainment platform designed primarily for players in Malaysia. Our Service provides access to a range of online gaming and sports wagering products, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, video slots, sports betting, lottery, bingo, and poker. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are facilitated through locally recognised payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks, as well as select cryptocurrency options.

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

The Service is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Users who do not satisfy these requirements are prohibited from registering an Account or using the Service:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ policy and requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal disability or guardianship are not eligible.
• Single Account: You may only maintain one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated balances pending investigation.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or agent of Livitoto or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processing partners.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Service from a Restricted Territory. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all local laws applicable to you.
• Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party. Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account is prohibited.

To access the Service, eligible individuals must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of the provided details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Platform will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of Account security.
• Log out of your Account when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices.
• Notify the Platform immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the identity and details of the Account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

By using the Service, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only.

You expressly agree that you shall not use the Service for any of the following purposes:

1. Any activity that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
2. Any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
3. Systematic exploitation of promotions or bonuses (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse");
4. Use of any automated software, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures;
5. Collusion with other players, whether through shared information, coordinated wagering strategies, or other means intended to gain an unfair advantage;
6. Any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Platform infrastructure.

The Platform reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and suspend or terminate Accounts where Terms violations are confirmed or reasonably suspected. Any disputes arising from such actions are subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, subject to availability and individual transaction limits:

• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and all other major Malaysian banks supported via the FPX network. Processing time: 5–15 minutes. Minimum RM30.
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Processing time: instant. Minimum RM30.
• DuitNow Instant Transfer: Real-time interbank transfer via Bank Negara Malaysia's DuitNow network. Processing time: instant. Minimum RM30.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum equivalent of RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of Account identity (KYC). The Platform targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified Accounts during operational hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, compliance review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be rejected or returned without notice.

The Platform may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and other incentive programmes (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to each individual offer, which shall be published alongside the offer at the time of issue.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms (typically between 10x and 30x).
• One Promotion Per User: Only one active promotion may be held at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotions are not combinable unless the specific terms permit it.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Abuse Prevention: The Platform reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings where systematic exploitation, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus abuse is detected.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contributions are listed in individual promotion terms.

All Promotions are intended for recreational players only. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by eligible participants.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general betting terms apply:

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are not confirmed until acknowledged by the Platform's systems. Confirmation is displayed in the bet slip or transaction history. Oral, chat-based, or email-based bet placements are not accepted.
• Void Bets: The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed due to system errors, manifest odds errors, match abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances. Voided bets are returned at stake only.
• Odds Errors: In the event that clearly erroneous odds are published due to a technical error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Sports Results: Official competition governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, FA, UFC) are used as the definitive source for match and event results. In-game interruptions of live events follow industry-standard settlement protocols.
• Maximum Payout Caps: The Platform applies maximum payout caps per event or market. These caps are published in the relevant betting interface and represent the maximum amount payable regardless of stake or odds.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
2. Operating or using multiple Accounts, whether personally or through third parties;
3. Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform for the proceeds of criminal activity;
4. Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits;
5. Chargebacks filed without first raising a dispute through the Platform's complaints process;
6. Use of any software, hardware, or method that provides an unfair technical advantage in casino games, including but not limited to card counting software, predictive algorithms, or exploit-based play;
7. Threatening, abusive, or harassing communication directed at Platform staff or other users;
8. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Platform's proprietary technology, content, or intellectual property.

Livitoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can cease to be a recreational activity and become a source of financial or emotional harm. In alignment with our responsible gambling policy, the Platform provides a range of tools and features to support player wellbeing:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or time-limited self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our Responsible Gaming team within 24 hours of receipt.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure automatic session time reminders to help monitor the duration of active play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be requested by any player who requires a short break from gambling activity.

The Platform strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. All Accounts are subject to age verification, and where an underage user is identified, the Account will be closed immediately in accordance with our legal obligations.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, data compilations, and game content (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the property of Livitoto or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to Users under Section 5 of these Terms does not extend to any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform Content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content is expressly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

The Livitoto name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform and may not be used without prior written authorisation. References to third-party payment brand names (such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Maybank, and others) on this Platform are used solely for informational purposes and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with those entities beyond the provision of payment processing services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livitoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Platform specifically excludes liability for:

1. Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform;
2. Losses attributable to interruptions in Service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events;
3. Decisions made by the User based on information obtained from the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
4. Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access was facilitated by the User's own failure to secure their credentials;
5. Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network providers.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damage, the Platform's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by such law. In no event shall the Platform's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without notice where:

• The Account holder is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the Account;
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) that is not subject to an ongoing investigation or regulatory hold shall be returned to the Account holder via the most recent verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion where closure follows a Terms violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 3 business days.

The Platform is committed to resolving all player complaints and disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint, you are encouraged to follow the process set out below:

• Step 1 — Live Chat Support: Contact our support team via live chat (available 9 AM – 1 AM MYT, seven days a week) and provide full details of the issue, including relevant transaction IDs and dates.
• Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If the matter is not resolved at the initial support stage, you may submit a formal written complaint to the Platform's support email. Written complaints will receive a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a complaint remains unresolved following the written complaint process, the matter may be referred to the Platform's licensing authority's dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable licence conditions.

Disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated. The Platform's records shall serve as the definitive reference in any dispute unless clearly demonstrated to be in error.

Livitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Account holders via the contact details provided at the time of Account registration, or by prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and notify the Platform to close your Account. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit the rights of Users under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.

Players located in Malaysia are reminded that the use of online gambling services may be subject to domestic legislation including the Betting Act 1953 and Common Gaming Houses Act 1953. Livitoto does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of its Service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their use of the Service under applicable local laws.
